Whether you're buying your first home or selling a generational property, we guide every transaction with patience, discretion, and a deep knowledge of the local market.
Farnesi Real Estate, Inc. is a California brokerage advising family landowners, homeowners, investors, and institutions on residential, agricultural, ranch, and commercial transactions — guided by clarity, precision, and a long view of the land we serve.
We work across the full spectrum of California real estate — from family homes in the heart of Fresno to orchards, vineyards, ranches, and complex commercial assets throughout the Central Valley and beyond. Each engagement is approached as its own discipline.
Our practice is built on strategic deal structuring and market-driven insight. We pair local knowledge with the analytical rigor that complex transactions demand, advising clients through everything from a residential sale to multi-parcel agricultural acquisitions.
The result is a tailored experience — one defined by careful listening, transparent counsel, and representation that holds its value long after closing.

Whether you're buying your first home or selling a generational property, we guide every transaction with patience, discretion, and a deep knowledge of the local market.
From vineyard estates to working cattle ranches — we represent properties that carry history and hold value across generations.
Orchards, row crops, rangeland. We understand the rhythms of the land and the people who work it, brokering with precision and care.
Thoughtful representation for retail, office, and mixed-use properties — connecting owners and tenants who share a long view.

Dean Farnesi is a Central Valley native and the broker and CEO of Farnesi Real Estate, Inc. Born into a generational farming family, he understood early on the value of hard work — an ethic he has carried into every chapter of his real estate career. In 2013, Dean graduated from California State University, Fresno with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology and a minor in Ag Business. Shortly after, he earned his real estate license and began his venture into the industry.
Dean has worked for a private real estate brokerage as well as a real estate investment firm, where he specialized in the acquisition and disposition of institutional-grade real estate projects. Drawing on his family's farming background and his lifelong connection to the Central Valley, he transformed that knowledge and experience into a vital tool for his clients — not only meeting their expectations, but exceeding them.
In 2021, after nearly a decade of experience, Dean founded Farnesi Real Estate, Inc., where he continues to add another layer to the client experience. Beyond the brokerage, Dean is a shareholder in his family's vineyard and orchard supply business, Schafer Metal Stake, Inc. in Madera, California.
He is active in the community as a member and 2023 President of the Dante Club of Fresno, a Board Member of Valley Crime Stoppers, and a member of the California Association of Realtors. In his free time, you can find him spending time with his wife and their son — traveling, exploring the outdoors, hunting, and cooking for friends and family.

Born in Armenia and raised with a deep appreciation for hard work and opportunity, Armen brings an extensive background in accounting and finance to his real estate practice. His analytical discipline and attention to detail inform every transaction — from initial valuation through closing.
Beyond his role at Farnesi Real Estate, Armen is the founder of Always Buying Real Estate, an investment company that flips and rehabilitates homes throughout California. When he's not working, you'll find him on the soccer field.
Family landowners, homeowners, investors, and institutions — every client receives counsel shaped to their property, their timeline, and their objectives.
From a single-family sale to a multi-parcel agricultural transaction, we structure deals with the analytical rigor complex real estate demands.
Our recommendations are grounded in current market data and the rhythms of the Central Valley — not assumption, not trend.
We treat orchards, vineyards, ranches, and homes as assets that carry history. Representation here is a responsibility, not a transaction.
